For over sixty years Vefer has dealt with padding products; our company is in constant evolution, going from the processing of synthetic products, up to the current production of polyurethane foams of highest quality. Two plants for the continuous production of block polyurethane, three plants for the production of special polyurethanes, two carousels for the moulding of armchairs and sofas, twelve lines for computerised cutting, all this developed on over 160,000 sqm and with over 200 employees - these are the numbers that allow the company to be at the top in this sector throughout Europe.
Worth noting is that Vefer has for some years further strengthened its business, opening a production facility in Spain, thus ensuring the possibility to distribute its products rapidly.

Our awareness of market expectations has allowed us to develop innovative products designed to meet the needs of discerning customers. Polyurethanes with characteristics of adaptability, plastic to the touch and at the same time velvety and comfortable, distinguish the Vefer range up to the highest density. In this context, we have our products with specific characteristics of reactivity to fire such SHAPING®, structure HR® (High-resilient) conforming to the strict rules of self-extinguishing, in force in Italy and California, with the addition of CM® designed and manufactured for the UK where law BS 5852 has significantly raised the fire resistance of polyethers.
A complete range of products in class 1, the cold foam moulds used for cushions and for sofas and armchairs frams, the 21SS Shaping, soft and resilient, and the 35 SFR abiding British standards, for seats with minimal deformation and great elasticity. In the field of sitting room fillings with the brand HQ® (high-quality) we have a wide range of high density products that guarantee superior performance to our seats, backrests and polyurethane mattresses, as well as products like ultra PIUMEX®, ideal for feather-effect pillows.
Our constant trials have allowed VEFER to patent the Airyform process, specially designed for mattresses, allowing the differentiated comfort zones of greater and lesser pressure and breathability of the body. Among the latest products are NIGHTFLY®-ULTRALATTEX®-ERGOLATTEX® materials, advanced concept born from the symbiosis of latex rubber and polymers of high technology, which have the best characteristics of the main components: comfort, softness and velvety surface of latex, resilience and wear resistance of polyurethane.

Great importance have MF MIND FOAM®, viscoelastic foam with slow memory, high density, ideal to prevent bed sores in the health sector, and to support the seats and backrests of sofas; the particular reactivity means that the seat appears very welcoming, with stabilising effect on the body sitting with slow and guaranteed spring.
Equally important is BIOGREEN® that allows a healthy rest in contact with natural elements that are able to reduce stress, are breathable thanks to micro-cells obtained with the help of natural essential oils. It does not contain toxic elements, has no contraindications of medical nature, it does not bother the skin.
The union of these led to the creation of MF.BIO®, a product with unique features and flawless, superior performance, a product ready to ensure a natural rest.
Vefer has further expanded its range of polyurethanes patenting Malvafoam®. High-resilient polyurethane foam (HR) with Shaping process with mallow extract offering elasticity, lightness and softness. Specifically designed to meet precise specifications characterized by soft, resistant and elastic surface it softens and envelops your dreams.
The latest creation by Vefer laboratories is EUCALYPTO® IceFoam.
Sensational HR polyurethane with innovative features that put the physical and psychological characteristics of the human body first, matching the shape of the body, promoting even distribution of the weight. Enriched with oil of Eucalyptus with its balsamic properties, it regenerates and refreshes the body.
